So I tried to be good, and actually achieve something. Sealing the envelope of the first Christmas card, I got a papercut ON MY LIP. Not amused.

Ew. I hate papercuts. With a fiery passion. I cut myself on a receipt the other day, and I think it's infected.

I've never minded them too much - I used to work in a card shop, where they're common currency - but I object to one on my lip! Yeuch, I hope your war wound gets better soon!

I read this article once about this woman who licked an envelope that had tiny little cockroach eggs on it. She didn't know and there ended up being cockroaches growing in her insides.

It's obviously not true, but it swore me off of licking for a while.

Sorry about the papercut, that's a bitch. Especially on your lip! :)

aww, papercuts are always darn nasty, especially on one's lip!

i don't know what you think of my idea, but i'd like to send you a christmas card (i think you're nice!) and in order to do that, i'd need your address. i promise not to stalk even if i'd ever get to glasgow. ;) so if you fancy my card, drop me your address.
